Terms of Service for Koliberek Flying Studio

§1. General Provisions

These Terms define the rules for using services provided by Koliberek Flying Studio, operated by a private individual. Services include voice-over, writing services, and basic website design. By placing an order, the client accepts these Terms.

§2. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed via the contact form, email, or messenger. After receiving an inquiry, the client receives an individual quote. Confirmation is provided electronically.

§3. Service Delivery

Services are delivered as individually agreed. Deadlines are set case by case. Final materials are delivered electronically.

§4. Payments

All payments are processed exclusively through Useme (Useme sp. z o.o.), which issues a VAT invoice and manages the transaction.

§5. Copyright

Usage rights to the materials are transferred to the client as agreed. The client may not share the materials with third parties unless otherwise specified.

§6. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted via email within 7 days of receiving the materials. Response time is up to 14 business days.

§7. Final Provisions

These Terms are valid from the date of publication. Koliberek Flying Studio reserves the right to amend them. Orders placed before any changes remain subject to the original terms.
