Legal Information of Koliberek Flying Studio

1. Legal Status

Koliberek Flying Studio operates as a private individual not registered as a business. All projects are carried out based on a freelance agreement via the Useme platform (Useme sp. z o.o.).

2. Payments and Invoicing

Payments for services are processed exclusively through Useme. Once the offer is accepted, the client receives a VAT invoice issued by Useme sp. z o.o.

The client transfers payment to Useme, which then forwards the amount to the service provider.

3. Rights to Materials

All materials provided by Koliberek Flying Studio may only be used as individually agreed with the client. Final usage rights are transferred according to the terms set out in the contract or quote.

4. Liability

Koliberek Flying Studio is not responsible for how the materials are used by the client after delivery. Any claims regarding content, texts, or their effect on recipients are the sole responsibility of the client.
